Mon: 6am, 7am, 9.15am, 11.15am, 4.15pm, 5.15pm & 7.15pm
Tues: 6am, 7am, 8am, 9.15am, 12.30pm, 4.15pm, 5.15pm, 6.15pm, 7.15pm
Weds: 6am, 7am, 9.15am, 10.15am, 12.30pm, 4.15pm, 5.15pm & 6.15pm
Thurs: 6am, 7am, 8am, 9.15am, 11.15am, 5.15pm, 6.15pm, 7.15pm & 8.15pm
Fri: 6am, 7am, 9.15am, 10.15am, 11.15am, 12.30pm, 4pm, 5pm & 6pm
Sat: 8.10am, 9.10am & 11.15am
Sun: 9.30am & 11.30am

WHEN ARE THE LARGE GROUP CLASSES?

We have classes everyday....
Mon   - 10.20am Zumba, 6.20pm Tonetastic
Tues   - 10.20am Tabata
Weds - 6pm Run Club, 7.30pm Upbeat Pilates
Thurs - 10.20am Pump
Fri      -  7.15pm Zumba
Sat     - 10.20am Hyrox
Sun    - 10.35am Tabata

Don't worry if you live far away or can't get to the gym, this challenge is available fully online.

WHEN CAN I START?

You can start the program as soon as you've made payment and attended an Intro session. These run weekly—Tuesdays at 8:15 pm (one week) and Saturdays at 1:00 pm (the next).

DO I NEED TO BE FIT?

No – we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?

It's your choice – you can become a full member or if you decide we're not for you, we can part ways with no hard feelings.
