Don't worry if you live far away or can't get to the gym, this challenge is available fully online.
HOW MUCH IS IT?
The 12 Week Challenge is £199 £147 per month (for 3 months) or £399 (pay in full option)– that includes everything, no additional costs or hidden extras.
WHEN CAN I START?
You can start the program as soon as you've made payment and attended an Intro session. These run weekly—Tuesdays at 8:15 pm (one week) and Saturdays at 1:00 pm (the next).
DO I NEED TO BE FIT?
No – we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?
It's your choice – you can become a full member or if you decide we're not for you, we can part ways with no hard feelings.
