CAN I DO THE CHALLENGE ONLINE?

Don't worry if you live far away or can't get to the gym, this challenge is available fully online.

HOW MUCH IS IT?

The 12 Week Challenge is £199 £147 per month (for 3 months) – that includes everything, no additional costs or hidden extras.

WHEN CAN I START?

Our winter challenge starts 9th Sept. Intro session is Saturday 7th Sept 1pm.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT?

No – we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?

It's your choice – you can become a full member or if you decide we're not for you, we can part ways with no hard feelings.
